The Tenancy Starts

Once the guaranteed rent terms are agreed upon, we'll manage the property and provide the first rental payment. We'll also handle upgrades and start offering premium serviced accommodation. Then, we welcome landlords to view their enhanced property.

As the contract nears its end, we'll discuss extending it through an annual review. If we both agree to continue, we'll either negotiate a new contract or extend the existing one. Should we part ways, we'll return the property to you in the same or better condition.
